Apr. 2023 - Jul. 2025Brand, Acquisition, Wholesale Project Manager ▫Primarily serving the Marketing Department. ▫Champion the Trafilea Operational Framework within Marketing. ▫Ensuring the integration and management of PMO best practices. ▫Align business strategy using Asana for efficient work management. ▫Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to post-launch activities, focusing on marketing projects and new ventures in the beauty & fashion industry and community building. ▫Drive projects forward by understanding goals, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and improving efficiency. ▫Provide teams with knowledge and tools to enhance time allocation, communication, and processes. ▫Define and guide the indicators implementation to measure velocity within the team, efficiency, resource allocation and others. ▫ Obtain a solid understanding Company OKRs and KPIs, work tools ▫Assure tactical-strategic planning process (Company Quarter Plannings). ▫ Document the program and project deliverables and scope in the statement of work. ▫ Manage highly-ambitious initiatives through their entire process from planning to execution working in a fast and dynamic environment. ▫ Develop, manage, and document (in the agreed format) all production schedules, milestones, projections, estimates, and budgets for customer-assigned projects. ▫Ensure that all work is produced in accordance with appropriate processes and that opportunities for improvement are identified and agreed upon ▫Lead end-of-project reviews and produce lessons-learned document at the end of the project ▫Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to creatively solve problems and brainstorm solutions ▫Work with cross functional teams (product, acquisition, retention, growth,creative, operations, product development, IT etc) to navigate the workflow for all initiatives by identifying requirements, process, deadlines.
