Nov. 2021 - Feb. 2022Saint-Maixant, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France+Training for the Army combat group leader in the Cavalry specialty. +Acquire the technical and pedagogical skills to supervise and train a group of 8 combat personnel. 1st level general training (FG1) The objective of this training is to enable the future non-commissioned officer, regardless of his recruitment (internal or external), to acquire a moral, physical and intellectual behaviour, by an aptitude to command, instruct and educate a group of about ten men. During his schooling, which varies from 4 to 8 months depending on his recruitment, the future non-commissioned officer will cultivate know-how and interpersonal skills, firmness of character and ability to control force, with the necessary respect for human dignity. This training is completed by a first level specialized training (in a specialty school) and ends with the award of the Army Specialist Certificate (BSAT).
