• Creating recruitment strategy after reviewing the company’s hiring history and gaps as well.
• Meeting with each department’s head and determine recruitment needs.
• Prepare job descriptions for each new role and review the existing based on ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Developing and executing the recruitment plans media platforms, employee referrals, headhunting and university partnerships

• Participating in the process of the recruitment budget by sharing it with the Personnel Management Lead and financial department to get budget approval.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. This includes creating relationships with potential candidates before roles become available (passive talent).
• Interviewing all candidates after the selection and filtration process and giving accurate feedback to each department’s head in order to proceed with them.
• Overseeing and refining the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance. Ensure the process is efficient, candidate-friendly, and aligned with organizational needs.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This includes timely communication, feedback, and transparency.
• Evaluating each candidate’s performance with the department’s head after the probation period and performance appraisal.
• Mapping team members by a visual representation of their relationships and roles at PSLab - Organigram.
• Ensuring that recruitment software and platforms are used effectively and optimize workflows for better efficiency and candidate tracking.
• Continuously assessing the recruitment process and introduce innovative ideas or new technologies to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring speed.
• Respects & implements properly ISO 9001, ENEC, and UL requirements
