Sep. 2025Greece• Lead a senior sales team in a global tech company and worldwide leader in consumer&business solutions, selling hardware, software, subscriptions and licenses • Apply COPC, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and AI-driven methodologies to optimize processes, efficiency, and sales strategy. • Lead the team to empower customers through AI solutions and products. • Take care of quality and transaction monitoring, collaborating with Quality Assurance (QAC) and Performance Management (QPM) to ensure compliance and operational excellence. • Prepare Sales Report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends • Manage Sales pipeline and forecast to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals • Creating and delivering weekly presentations of results, action plans, and success storie to our Client • Coach and empower team members through structured action plans, feedback, and mentoring, fostering professional growth and engagement. • Enhance sales techniques and strategies to drive consistent performance while maintaining a customer-centric approach • Promote lifelong learning, Emotional Intelligence (EI), and a positive team culture to enhance collaboration and morale
