May. 2022BrazilCustomer Service [Petrobrás] 🔸Frameworks used: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban 📍 Support the Product Owner in his tasks of defining and prioritizing requirements; 📍 Facilitate the resolution of impediments related to the performance of other teams within the project and the CONTRACTOR's team; 📍 Monitor the team's production ensuring that the task board is up to date; 📍 Support the team to service the backlog within the priorities defined by the PO(s). 📍 Ensures that the ceremonies defined in the Agile frameworks happen and have the expected result. 📍 Participate with the team in SAFe® ceremonies and represent them whenever the presence of the team is not necessary, eg. at Scrum of Scrums. 📍 Management of metrics that are tangible to the Squad's reality, such as Burndown, Velociyt Chart etc; 📍 Acts for the solution of open occurrences regarding the applications supported by the team within the desired SLA, acting in the solution of doubts between the applicant and the team 📍 Work on the team's Growth Mindset, using Management 3.0 practices; 📍 Facilitation and team engagement to achieve customer value delivery; 📍 Guide and promote the team's self-organization; 📍 Collaborate with the Team in the definition of rules / Work Agreements such as DoR (Definition of Ready) and DoD (Definition of Done); 📍 Facilitator for dynamics that lead the team to continuous improvement, performance evolution, predictability and quality; 📍 Support to the team for conflict resolution and decision making; 📍 Focus on continuous improvement, PDCA cycle management, aiming at better process management, to achieve more efficiency and transparency; 📍 Facilitator of Scrum Rituals (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospectives and Refinement); 📍 One-on-one feedback to team members for continuous improvement of processes and learning;
