Hope David Ayabina is the Founder and CEO of HEDDA’s Diplomatic Career Mentorship & Leadership Center (HDCMLC), a leadership and diplomacy practice of HEDDA’s Beautiful Hands Ltd. She is known as "The Diplomatic Career Mentor", an executive diplomatic leadership advisor, working at the intersection of diplomacy, public leadership, and Africa’s re-imagination. Her work focuses on executive-level diplomatic leadership, public diplomacy, and strategic communications advisory, supporting institutions and senior leaders operating in complex international, multilateral, and policy-facing environments. With over 20 years of professional experience in the diplomatic sector, she has worked across multiple departments and held more than five strategic roles, including positions with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and diplomatic missions. Through bespoke, confidential engagements, she advise on diplomatic intelligence, leadership judgment, executive presence, strategic visibility, and reputation-conscious communication. She serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Diplomatic Secretaries and Administrative Association (DSAA) At the core of her work is a commitment to Africa’s re-imagination. She is also known as Africa’s Re-imaginator. This title reflects her mission to empower Africans through, diplomacy, leadership, ideas, and influence equipping and supporting leaders and institutions to solve Africa's challenges in their respective career sectors and spaces and to engage the world with clarity, credibility, and purpose. In addition, she mentors students and recent graduates, empowering the next generation of diplomats, executives, and innovators to navigate careers with confidence, resilience, and strategic insight.
