Lead annual program workplan development with Business Line Leads. Coordinate donor-funded interventions, ensuring innovative delivery across the value chain. Oversee timely design, execution, monitoring, and reporting of AGRA interventions. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders. Develop a partnership framework to advance private sector collaboration. Translate partnership opportunities into actionable projects, maintaining daily engagement with key partners. Leverage AGRA’s technical expertise in seed systems, sustainable farming, inclusive markets, policy, finance, gender, nutrition, and climate. Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and talent management to technical teams. Develop grantee and partner portfolios to address systemic agricultural constraints. Publish impact stories and knowledge products to showcase progress in agri-food transformation. Update the country risk register quarterly and address audit recommendations promptly.
