Cada proyecto de negocio se derrolló en las distintas vertientes que soportan el negocio: nuevos productos, canales de venta, mejora procesos, cumplimiento regulatorio, etc. Los proyectos desarrolladas incluían el análisis a través de KPIs, proyección de beneficios esperados, elaboración de PBLs, sesiones de grooming con los equipos involucrados, seguimiento y entrega productiva del proyecto. La evaluación de KPIs estaba enfocada a la mejora de estrategias en originación, retención, activación, facturación y promoción del producto de tarjeta de crédito. En el caso de proyectos regulatorios se atendían las observaciones aplicables banca múltiple, las observaciones podían ser aquellas que demandarán auditorías de la CNBV, o bien, nuevas disposiciones aplicables a la institución.
