Sep. 2014 - Feb. 2018Bengaluru Area, India• Promotion Planning, Life Cycle Planning, Demand Planning & New Product Introduction forecast by statistical methods: Univariate, Multiple Linear Regression. • Demand Supply Match automation with entire network and Global Product Availability Check. • Co-Ordinate with ODM’s and escalation of issue in case of OTIF variance. • Participate in project conceptualization & business case preparation. • Ensuring alignment between planned schedules and available inventory. • Performs complex planning and modeling of component life-cycle related issues across HP Printing, Personal System & Server products. • Extensive data analysis to identify Demand & secure Supply resources with cost factor. • Involved in Sales Forecasting (CPFR) process with sales and marketing team for final result publish. • Ensure forecasted demanded is propagated to supply nodes in advance. • Make sure that Inventory requirements are published to vendors and intra company partners, OEMs within agreed timeframe to avoid rush of delivery or potential loss due to late deliveries. • Prepare and present KPI (Finance, Operation, IT and Performance metrics) to Global stakeholders. • Act as program manager for new supplier on boarding and ensure that all relevant operation readiness is in place i.e. vendor code, shipping point, system configurations, and EDI setup. • Help various BUs organize, manage, and analyze data. Carry out logical, accuracy and consistency checks on data, and identify the right approach, methodology, technique to answer various client questions, using spreadsheets, statistical software and RDBMS package like SQL Server, MS Excel, etc. • Guide team members on how to use and implement statistical techniques like linear/non-linear Regression, Decision Trees, Segmentation, SEM, forecasting etc. on various projects.
