• Successfully lead multiple Live Projects with different global clients. • Managed projects with budgets totalling approximately $5 million. • Successfully attaining monthly costs of approximately $60,000 across projects I was leading, in post-live and build phases. • Implemented phased complex protocol project changes within 2 months that equated to $450,000 with high level governance from internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
● Ensure delivery of Calyx IRT service and/or products to clients, within expected timescales and budget, with quality
● Manage the full project life cycle, from build to live project management, including resource planning, risk and budget management and key stakeholder management. ● Build a project team comprising of developers/programmers, solutions designers, business analysts, solution engineers, validation and test engineers and release software engineers to develop systems that can hold large study data, work in the live environment for patient and on-site medical practitioners, and to control supply chain demands such as medication distribution/management across the globe.
● Manage project teams across multiple countries and time zones to ensure the progress of the project is on track.
● Manage the project timelines, meeting deadlines, project budget and live change requests while regularly sharing this information with internal and external stakeholders.
● Actively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring appropriate input from all stakeholders, while maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating to internal and external parties as appropriate.
