One of my proudest achievements was acting as in-house lead in the legal and regulatory work for a Caribbean-wide divestment project — a project that demanded precision, cultural sensitivity, and board-level influence. My expertise lies at the intersection of law, governance, and business strategy. I design governance frameworks that boards can rely on, navigate regulatory complexities that could otherwise derail deals, and protect shareholder value while keeping people and culture at the center. I’ve served as Assistant Corporate Secretary of a publicly listed company, advised on IPO readiness for SMEs, and built compliance programs that safeguard both reputation and growth.
