Feb. 2018 - Oct. 2021DhakaSUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the purchasing activities of an establishment with develop purchasing policies and procedures and control purchasing department budget. • Actively managing the core functions of Foreign/local procurement for consumable material, tools, machinery and overhead procurement / Capex, thus enabling the company to compete, coordinate and negotiate with vendors on price, quality, quantity, lead times through benchmarking and value analysis. • Adhere to all sourcing schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and improve utilization of company's inventory resources. • Translate business plans into action to optimize and drive product sustainability for Group Procurement and add value for customers and business. • Identify key strategic procurement vendors from various geographic regions. • Acts as a team leader between Supply Chain and new Product Development Engineering group for assigned projects by attending scheduled meetings and providing feedback on suppliers, market trends and potential supply chain challenges. • Lead all reengineering efforts as they relate to supply chain management, planning, and execution systems. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & OPERATION • Monitor and direct supervise the project development works as per designs & drawings, estimations, BOQ and budget. • Supervision Testing & Commissioning of Full LPG operation system and Production Line. • Manage technical and regulatory aspects of project construction and operation. • Schedule, conduct and supervise the project development update with project team, Consultant, Contractors and Operation team. • Schedule, conduct and supervise the project development update with project team, Consultant, Contractors and Operation team. • Work on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned with the Senior Management aligned with the vision and strategy of the company.
