Apr. 2022 - Dec. 2024As a member of the Deli Space team for creative activities, I was responsible for managing social media, media promotion, and the execution of promotional campaigns. Deli, as a coworking space, offers a wide range of activities, from supporting entrepreneurship and innovative startup solutions to educational programs for youth and professional development training, as well as organizing Business Run events, a race featuring employee participation. In September 2024, the event attracted 2,000 participants, and I played a key role in daily preparations, as well as communication with the media and the public.

During this time, I was responsible for media communications, content preparation for the website and social media platforms, creating and implementing communication campaigns, and conducting promotional activities at the local level. This role allowed me to apply my knowledge and previous experience at a high level of responsibility, while also enhancing my skills through practical application.

Oct. 2013 - Oct. 2020Niš, Centralna Srbija, SerbiaKapital Magazin was launched as a youth-oriented media platform, with the goal of keeping young people regularly informed about relevant topics while also providing them with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in journalism. The organization included a project-based educational segment that enabled young people to participate in various training programs and enhance their skills. As a separate branch of the organization, the Kapital IN educational center was also established. For seven years, I led the web portal as the editor-in-chief, organizing the editorial team's workflow, delegating tasks, and mentoring collaborators. I conducted dozens of educational workshops for youth. Kapital Magazin carried out numerous projects focused on informal youth development, skill-building, entrepreneurship training, and public and media campaigns.
