This includes managing the Shopify backend for four regional stores across the globe, delivering key enhancements and building social media channels to bolster engagement. One of my key successes has been in applying marketing automation to our online stores to enhance customer retention via integrating Klaviyo flows and Okendo reviews with our Shopify stores. It’s fully automated and has increased customer retention by 80%.
