Create and implement international brand communication standards locally, in liaison with teams in headquarters (Germany, Canada, Dubai etc.) Assist GM and owner in creating new restaurant launch strategies locations and branding opportunities. Create quarterly marketing plans for the organization as a whole. Develop and manage online marketing campaigns to increase restaurant footfall and improving online presence. Engage in developing internal marketing concepts such as employee loyalty programs & benefits. Involve and execute all restaurant related activities from the print collaterals (menu, placemats etc) to online collaterals. Create promotional campaigns with operations manager and restaurant manager. Manage photo shoots for menus, along with hired photographers and food stylists. Regular audience analysis via surveys and paid focus groups campaigns to aid market research to create new marketing plans. Creating new promotions and assisting operations manager with pricing based on audience analysis and costings. Plan and organize new restaurant launch events. Engage with online bloggers in order to review products and promote offline products in order to create organic audience growth online and improve brand authenticity.
