Created a new brand, a trademark, and a logotype, Malkia. • Hired people in production, sales and finance, trained them, and mentored them. • Travelled to Kenya and made market research for expansion into the market of Kenya. Prepared the company to implement new business innovations, saw that the operations were in place and that the 7 P:s were followed and in place for the scaling of the business. • Procured maize for the best market price, coordinating the transports and overall logistics.
