• Coordinated 1:1s, six-week reviews, and onboarding sessions with a focus on communication style, feedback culture, and role clarity.
• Managed event logistics and execution for key seasonal campaigns (Eid, Easter, Father’s Day, Ramadan, Christmas), working closely with marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Created marketing assets (photo, video, Canva content) and collaborated on content rollout across digital platforms to support storytelling and engagement.
• Facilitated team feedback loops, contributing to operational improvements and stronger internal culture through structured and open communication.
• Oversaw administrative systems and communications tools, ensuring timely updates, task tracking, and resource coordination across the leadership team.
