Jan. 2022Creative & Strategy Responsibilities: - Created channel strategies, creative programs, acquisition frameworks, and partnership models within the community marketing ecosystem. - Developed briefs, insights, and strategic recommendations based on qualitative research (IDI, FGD, surveys) and historical data. - Presented strategies, findings, and program directions directly to clients and partners. Key Contributions & Achievements: - Led and supervised the Go Ahead Music (A Mild) national program for 2 consecutive years, engaging hundreds of communities, coordinating 37 project leaders, involving hundreds of musicians, and activating in 37 cities across Indonesia. - Developed the first go-to-market community strategy for IQOS, positioning the product as a social currency and driving thousands of new members from the Community Marketing channel. - Built the pilot community marketing program for By.U, setting up the infrastructure, insights, tracking system, and foundations for its long-term channel strategy. (still ongoing - 2025) - Launched and managed a digital music aggregator product, coordinating with the Frekuensi Antara team and FUGA for distribution, marketing, and pipeline growth.
