As the Country Manager, I oversaw all of Platform Capital's financial and functional business operations in Uganda. ● Prepare and coordinate periodic reporting activities into and from the office of the Country Manager, for example, the Quarterly Board Paper, compiling the Annual Business Plan, Managers Desk Monthly Reports, Quarterly Partner Agency Reports to DED, PROPACO, etc.

The Network's distinct role is to engage legislators in addressing various development and macroeconomic challenges, both at home and abroad Achievements. • Oversaw the day-to-day operations of the network office. • Developed the 1st Strategic Plan and Work Plan for 2010/11, which led to the World Bank fully funding our Budget for the first time, a testament to our financial sustainability and credibility.
• Acting as a liaison with the World Bank Country Office for all communication and activities involving legislators or the Parliament as a whole
• Coordinated all meetings and office activities for the Network and partner organizations, including civil society groups
• Collaborative concept and proposal writing, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive approach with partner Civil Society groups. • Mobilize and coordinate members for meetings/functions through careful planning, clear communication, and effective coordination.
