During 2018 - 2020 the organisation underwent a Royal Commission Enquiry. A key attraction to this role were the various changes taking place in the organisation in regards to job design and people capability, presenting opportunities to innovate the people function. Core focus on building relationships across all divisions, coaching leaders and improving processes to drive high performing teams including: - Implementation of wellbeing strategy using new technologies and aligning to all aspects of the employee experience to improve engagement - Collaboration with Talent Partners to redesign capability and leadership principles, resolve development gaps and prioritise proactive conversations and values driven decisions - Advising management on employment relationships and strategies such as enterprise bargaining, long term absences, return to work, restructuring, misconduct, fair work claims and deeds of settlement
