I was honored and privileged to develop solutions and lead innovative business and technical transformation programs for companies like Amazon, Chase, ING, Bank of America, Citi Bank, PayPal, Apple, Google, Macy's, Walmart, United Health Care, Pfizer, Farmers Insurance, John Hancock, Mutual of Omaha, Metlife, Fireman's Fund Insurance, Nationwide Insurance, GEICO, State Farm Insurance, Allstate, and California State Automobile Association (CSAA). I used my experience with financial services and retail business process and technology platforms to implement improved business, customer delight and innovative solutions for: Retail Online, Policy Administration Systems, Claims Systems, Producer Administration Systems, Product Management Systems, Underwriting and Rating Systems, Billing Systems, Banking ALM, Banking Online, Banking Payments, and Sales Management Systems. I was fortunate to be involved in developing BPM/CM and Case Management solution for AMEX and introduce Agile successfully to the enterprise by delivering on expectations.
