Using Active Directory, Intune, and Azure for account issues and other tools to troubleshoot network Issues • Reviewing and updated IT documentation, creating repeatable processes and procedures to streamline operations within our department. • Created and presented lunch and learn presentations on different topics of interest.
• Performed regular maintenance and upgrades on computer systems to ensure continued reliability. Going from Windows 10 to Windows 11 OS.
• Provided support for office peripherals such as printers, copiers, scanners, iPads, and iPhones, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
