By the end of 2024, this segment accounted for nearly 50% of total company turnover, positioning Brink’s Baltics as a group leader—well above the global average of 23% for Brink’s. Digital Retail Solutions Rollout: Launched and implemented smart safe solutions across all three Baltic countries. Year-to-date (2025 vs. 2024), digital retail revenue grew by 61.5%, increasing its share in the total revenue mix from 3.4% to 6%. Lean Transformation: Drove a strong LEAN culture across the organization, achieving savings exceeding 3% of COGS—above target. Initiated and embedded LEAN practices such as 5S, TWE (Team Work Evaluation), and daily Huddle Board routines. Actively serve as a member of the Brink’s Baltics LEAN Governance Committee.
