Key objectives were new account set up, order processing, logistic coordination, hands-on customer service, and problem resolution. Also supported the Global Sales Manager in constructing stocking orders, providing price quotations, obtaining freight and logistic charges, three dimensional modeling, and handling International export documentation. I directly reported to and collaborated with the C.E.O to assess potential new distributors, monitor sales goals and construct forecasting models. This position required daily use of all components of the Microsoft Suite, Mas90, Sketch Up 3D Modeling, and Adobe.
