Some highlights were: - Student, Teacher, Staff and Parents transition back to school after COVID - Launch of new Competency based program for Years 6-10 - Creation of a governance board of directors & a corporate restructuring. - Creation of a new Business Intelligence team using PowerBI using data from multiple schools’ systems and build of tools to inform and help staff and teachers be more efficient. - Creation and launch of new marketing campaign for 2021/22 - Incorporation of a CRM (Zoho) to enhance the experience of families interested in the school and our existing families and their children. - Incorporation of a Servicedesk (Jira + Zoho Desk) to manage all Internal and external departments including 23 processes such as Finance, HR, Facilities, Library, IT, EdTech, Communications, Events, Admissions, Student Records & Transcripts, etc - Technology refreshes all school systems, servers and workers tools. - IT & Tools & Product Design & Strategy
