Jul. 2025Serving as the point of contact for corporate members, addressing inquiries, training needs, concerns, and requests promptly. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with corporate members. Proactively engaging with corporate members to gather feedback on their experiences and identify areas for improvement. Regularly updating corporate members on upcoming UMS activities, events, and opportunities through email, phone, and other communication channels. Collaborating with the Membership Director to ensure corporate members participation in UMS events, programs, and initiatives. Assist in analyzing membership trends and preparing reports to support decision-making and strategy adjustments. Support the design and implementation of programs, campaigns and activities aimed at increasing member participation and growth. Assist the Director Membership in recruiting new members by reaching out to potential leads through networking events, digital platforms, and direct communication. Working closely with UMS committees to ensure corporate members have access to professional development opportunities, discounts, and other resources. Tracking corporate member participation and satisfaction, providing regular reports to the Membership Director.
