I am also responsible for the HR functions for EASDDuties include: Diary Management and Scheduling of Meetings. Weekly and Monthly Reports. Co-ordination of all requests from the ECC GM’s/VP’s office for our department ie MEOS, SPE, EAGE Conferences etc and membership of professional organisations. Dealing with telephone enquiries. Processing all documents and correspondence requiring Manager’s approval. Promotion planning and co-ordination for the yearly promotion planning cycles. Responsible for creation of all e8000 within the department, ranging from Overtime, through merit increases, business assignments etc. Eleave/Travel systems for Manager. Utilising all SAP functions including PRH, B2B, e-term, MPS, ID’S, e-VISA for consultants and subsequent liaising with Government Affairs and Steinecke Hall for accommodation. PMP, IDP/Talent Management System. Processing of gatepasses, certifying SES and CRPO’s in the system. U-Drive requests. Organising project review meetings both internally and with Users. Dealing with all the promotion documentation and liaising with Division Heads annually on promotions within the department. Providing adhoc reports for the Manager as and when required from Business Intelligence and other systems online. Dealing with all the departure clearances and e8000 for ADPs within the department. Organising departmental meetings both internally and externally including catering, transport and venues. Using Documentum and Sharek folders. Updating and maintaining information on the EASD Website. Organising the Annual Departmental Outing which in previous years included trips to Shaybah and AlHasa/Hofuf. Liaising with and being the first point of call for all departments within ECC/PE&D and Exploration and externally. All HR duties within the department relating to terminations salary issues etc. Dealing with employees PMP grievances.
