Diageo become the lead sponsor globally and it was scaled to NY and Mumbai. The programme consists of a two week Bootcamp in March. Week one is with D&AD, week two is taking briefs from founding partners, so creatives participating can respond to live briefs for their portfolios. Highly scalable global model.
