Our beers are brewed with the most beautiful natural and organic ingredients. Because we cannot and will not do otherwise. It's in our nature. The brewery is located between two harbor quays in Monnickendam in The Netherlands. We converted an existing warehouse of 800 m2 into a brewery and tasting room in 2018.
In addition to the permanent range of beers we bottle, we brew a lot of beers that we tap in our tasting room. And every month new brews are added! TapLab In addition to the permanent range of bottled beers, we brew a lot of beers in our TapLab, the experimental micro brewery. These ‘new brews’ will be tapped in our tasting room and every month new beers are added. The best sold and rated beer will be bottled and added to our available range of beers.
