- Oversee commercial modeling, pricing, and partnership structures to ensure sustainable profitability and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to translate commercial goals into market-ready innovations. Key Achievements - Built the foundation of a comprehensive loyalty and rewards system, setting backend algorithms for points, vouchers, and cashback while ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Led the commercial rollout of NEO Pay Plus POS, securing and managing partnerships with the POS provider and top telecom operators for SIM provisioning and nationwide deployment.
- Forged a strategic partnership with E& Egypt, integrating E& Cash Wallet into NEO Gamerz to enable in-wallet gaming purchases with exclusive discounts.
- Designed profitability and transaction models for the NEO Gamerz marketplace, optimizing margins and discount structures.
- Supported NEO’s growth into an omni-channel digital hub, merging fintech, loyalty, and advanced business solutions under one ecosystem.
