Ad-hoc management of events on-site, as a company representative. Liaised with graphic designers and printers, to produce tour itinerary documentation, for lengthy UK and worldwide tours, compiling all content information, collating travel, event and production details, and interpreting venue technical specifications. Recognising the need for a digital presence for the Liverpool Summer Pops Festival, set up a number of pages for the festival across social media platforms. Managed all page content and activity to promote events. Social networking proved to be a vital promotional tool for the festival; further use of digital marketing and PR was subsequently rolled out across many CMP promoted events. Co-ordinated the last tour for the late John Martyn whilst holding this position; additional events included tours for Steve Earle and Joan Armatrading.

In this small business setup, assisted in all departments as required, recognising where assistance was needed and acting accordingly. By holding such a varied position, gained experience in every aspect of concert promotion and the events industry, in first year of graduate employment.
