· Manage office staff by training, analyzing, consulting and implementing of systems to make work flow run smoothly.
· Drawing up all hr related documentation.
· Compiling and implementing policies.
· Managing cash flow, set up and controlling budgets.
· Authorizing of payments.
· Full function bookkeeping up to financial statements, ready to sumit to auditors.
· Vat, Paye, UIF & Mibco returns.
· Manage workshop staff and daily workshop planning.
· Working with labour broker to conduct disciplinary hearings.
· Compile reports from different departments to give feedback to director regarding improvements and or problems.
· Setting up appointments with insurance companies and brokers to source more work, attending and representing the company.
· Dealing with customers.
· Final costings and invoicing and following up on payments.
· Wages and salaries.
· Estimating and typing out quotations on TMS.
· Assisting assessors when assessment of vehicle gets done.
· Converting of damage report to repair order, order parts.
· Ensuring all related office and workshop daily tasks get perform to directors standards.
