Oct. 2008 - Jun. 2012- Develop and manage commercial relationships with business clients - Define business clients’ financial needs, analyze their capital requirements/projects’ cash flows and prepare facilities’ structure accordingly - Liaise with various internal departments (Credit-Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations) for smooth and quick turnaround of transactions. - Periodically verify/inspect required securities and other facilities conditions - Ensure an optimized and proper facility utilization to enhance the account’s profitability while keeping risks versus rewards at acceptable levels - Cross-sell business clients with FX deals and Retail package solutions - Refer business clients with operations in France and UAE to khaliji France Business Departments. - Monitor and reassess own portfolio and conduct necessary limits restructuring - Formulate exit strategies for non-profitable relationships - Ensure asset quality by maintaining irregular accounts and provision below set standards - Manage a team of Relationship Officers - Undertake coaching reviews with junior team members
