Connect Pharm, a subsidiary of GONSA, was established as an independent legal entity to secure government licensing for a pharmaceutical e-commerce platform in Vietnam and to independently handle issues with vendors. As CEO, I built and led a team sales representatives and in-house staffs, running nationwide campaigns to acquire users and generate orders, while simultaneously developing a system that connected with GONSA’s logistics operations. This ensured robust vendor management tools and full integration across the supply chain—from inbound goods, inventory management, marketing campaigns and promotions, packaging, and transportation, to cash collection and reconciliation with vendors. At every stage, I enforced strict KPI monitoring to ensure both the short-term and long-term strategic objectives set by the Chairman of the Board were achieved.

As Project Director, I led the development of a strategic B2B e-commerce platform for Vietnam’s pharmaceutical sector, connecting suppliers, wholesalers, and 37,000+ pharmacies nationwide. I designed the business model, oversaw compliance (GDP/GSP), and integrated SAP, WMS, TMS, and payment systems with GONSA’s cold-chain logistics. Within 6 months, 60+ suppliers and nearly 5,000 SKUs were onboarded. The project not only standardized OTC operations with digital ordering and fulfillment but also accelerated GONSA’s enterprise-wide digital transformation. I personally drafted the system architecture that later guided GONSA’s official digital transformation program.
