• Led coordination of surveys in France, Russia, Turkey, India, South Africa, Morocco, Algeria, Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Romania, study visits in Ghana, Ethiopia
• Management: contributed to increasing the customer satisfaction from 8,67 (out of 10) in September 2013 to 9,3 in September 2017
