Mar. 2022 - Dec. 2023Beirut Governorate, Lebanon• Responsible for the development and implementation of sales growth strategies based on the company's strategic objectives. • Collaborate with Supply Chain Team in forecasting and setting sales targets within the assigned territories to ensure accurate planning and target achievement. • Analyze business performance, including the profitability, revenue, and pricing strategy. • Develop and drive the aftermarket growth strategy and implementation. • Assist in the formulation of the department’s yearly budget and ensure expenditures are within the allotted budget. • Identify new market prospects and assist in the business planning to boost revenue and expand distribution channels. • Manage distributors across different market dynamics to set targets as well as a daily coordination on target achievement. • Lead the business growth initiatives including strategic partnerships with external and internal stakeholders. • Review contracts and term agreements to ensure compliance with company policies.
