Develop all training guidelines, handbooks, and procedures. Worked directly with location managers to assist in creation of site-specific materials to remain compliant with company, client and industry guidelines.
Manage compliance and documentation for all staff across four locations in the state including establishing hiring guidelines, documentation procedures around training, performance and discipline.
Process all leave management, unemployment claim documentation, workers comp. claim documentation, benefit administration/documentation and policies related to employee labor relations.
Manage and coordinate engagement activities for entire staff across four locations in the state including team building, volunteering events in the community, employee meetings and celebrations. Assist in sales/marketing as needed:
Develop in depth proposals for prospective clients, review existing contracts, assist and complete quotes and bookings for current clients as well as new clients. Responsible for collaborating with professional marketing consultant to create collateral for marketing including leave behind pieces, presentations, and formal presentations as well as coordinating all on site event marketing such as bridal expos and sponsored events. Establish and implement sales objectives and strategies for assistant managers to complete sales objectives portion of responsibilities of position. Assist with coaching and feedback of sales calls to ensure proper support to complete sales goals.
