The PRO Enfant project focuses on supporting the governement in its mission to protect children from the worst forms of child labour, trafficking, female genital mutilations, child marriage and unwanted pregnancies.
- Project manager with general competence: project manager of a team of about 30 people, with an office in Ouagadougou and sub-offices in Fada (East) and Gaoua (South West)
- Project value of 4 million Euros, implemented through institutional and programmatic support to the Ministry of Women, National Solidarity, the Family and Humanitarian Action (MFSNFAH) in Burkina Faso. - In charge of the financial management of the project, quarterly and annual reporting to both the supervising state partner (MFSNFAH) of the Burkinabe state and to the supervising ministry in Germany (BMZ, Federal Ministry for Development and Economic Cooperation), and monitoring of the proper implementation of activities
- Responsible also for all issues related to the administration of the project, procurement, provision of services (short-term consultancy contracts etc.), logistics and improvement of working conditions of staff, and also for taking into account the security risk in the way of continuing to implement activities.
- In charge of the role of Lead Partner at the technical level of the Cadre de Concertation Genre (CCG) since July 2019 and until September 2021: Speaking at official ceremonies relating to women's rights (8 March 2020), organisation with the Burkinabe state partner of the General Assembly of the SP CONAP Genre (Permanent Secretariat of the National Council for Gender Promotion) in October 2020, organisation in December 2020 of the High Level Dialogue between the GCC and the Minister for Women (MFSNFAH), monthly organisation of the restricted and enlarged gender consultation frameworks with the 35/40 members of the CCG
