Recent E-Commerce Product Link: https://www.care-box.com Key Roles: 1) Lead the software team in software designing, process flow, E-Commerce Web App (Both Front and Backend) deployment on AWS, Tools integration like S3 bucket + PostgreSQL Hosted on AWS + Routing with route53. 2) Complete UI/UX of the Care-Box E-Commerce Platform. 3) Design Entire Backend Process flow and steps to maintain mid-scale E-commerce operations. 4) Manage the entire Digital Channel consisting of 13 team members, including the delivery operations team. 5) Maintain all E-Commerce Compliance for SSL-Commerze Integration and BD Govt. Approval. 6) Manage total digital marketing initiatives and approaches (Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, PR Promotion, Instagram) 7) Design complete Brand Identity Materials including Visiting Card, Company Logo, T-Shirt, LetterHead, etc. 8) Service Designing and leading B2B sales approaches. 9) Managing AWS servers include Configuring Server, Scaling Linux Servers (EC2 instances on AWS). 10) Data Analysis on Customer Churn Rate and Marketing insights using SQL query, Data Studio for Dashboard Reporting, and Excel for data formation. 11) Content writing (Social Media, Company Profile, Business Proposal, ETC) 12) Maintain all social media channels. 13) Promotional Material Designing includes banners, cutouts, kiosks, fliers, and brochures. 14) Planning Tele-Sales Marketing approaches, Scripting and Scheduling. 15) Customer Support. 16) Partnering with other Platforms like Food Panda and Daraz Medicine 17) Handle digital service provider vendors like SSL-Commerze. 18) Campaign Management.
