This shutdown was a strategic phase, as it had to be executed within a very short timeframe while ensuring a high level of safety and coordination among all trades. Role and key achievements: - Developed and monitored the shutdown schedule, covering all phases: draining, degassing, mechanical works, tie-ins, NDT inspections, requalification, and commissioning. - Coordinated with technical teams (piping, instrumentation, electrical) and area supervisors to track daily progress. - Implemented real-time monitoring tools and led coordination meetings to ensure consistency across interventions. - Analyzed potential delays and proposed catch-up and sequencing optimization solutions.
