Providing technical support on IT services, networks, and systems both remotely and on-site.
Preparing all relevant service performance reports; weekly and monthly status reports on service levels through the service desk system.
Managing all organizational network devices including satellite phones.
Maintaining, tracking, updating, and securing IT inventory for optimal management.
Monitoring, securing, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure and connectivity.
Performing and managing data backups.
Managing and administering Microsoft 365 for the country program office.
Managing and administering the Travel Authorization Request System (TAR) for the country office.
Enforcing software licensing controls for all software/applications used within the organization to ensure compliance and prevent exposure to litigation through software piracy.
Maintaining and managing the Logistics Information Management System (LIMS) for asset and inventory registers.
Preparing incident reports on losses, damage, and theft of assets; obtaining corresponding police reports, filing copies for internal records, and escalating incidents.
Managing service providers and IT service-level agreements.
Monitoring performance of service providers to ensure continual service improvement.
Performing any duties assigned by the Global IT team and Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator.
Planning, coordinating, and implementing network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware at the sites.
