Pilote Convergence Process Montage (PCPM) Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring the convergence and coherence of assembly processes and facilities across project zones, driving process efficiency, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration in an agile development environment. Key Responsibilities:  Lead convergence of process and facilities within assigned zones.  Act as the primary contact for assembly process within the zone team.  Pilot resolution of key issues (Ki) and ensure process sequence consistency.  Validate fitability and RO (Responsabilité Opérationnelle) of parts.  Finalize and transmit deliverables to CAMI for tools and facilities.  Conduct digital simulations and create digital process contexts.  Write FOPs (Functional Operating Procedures) and manage their numerization.  Propose and implement digital solutions for tools and facilities.  Ensure quality and standardization of deliverables across projects.  Represent the métier in cross-project initiatives and ensure transversal process application.  Animate monthly sprints and agile ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).  Contribute to change management and backlog prioritization in agile mode. Achievements & Impact:  Enabled improved synergy between preparation and facilities teams.  Supported digital tool development and offshore resource integration.  Facilitated agile transformation and sprint-based project management.  Contributed to the creation of converged methodologies and tools (e.g., RPES, Ki detection, FOP management).
