May. 2023As the primary coordinator for the $1M+ "Grounding Values in Research" project, I oversee all aspects of data collection, analysis, publication, and marketing for over 15 distinct reports. I designed and implemented an annual internal census that achieved a 70% network participation rate, enhancing membership insights, shaping the organization’s strategic plan, and guiding the development of new programmatic areas. I have organized and executed webinars and in-person events for state, regional, and national partners, engaging in more than 1500 contact hours with local experts, funders, and stakeholders. I also automated critical advocacy, fundraising, and compliance processes, streamlining operations and ensuring adherence to program grant requirements.
