Working with design partner Ian Rattray and the in-house construction management team, designed, developed and managed the construction and fit-out of a 2500 square meter prototype store. Developed highly flexible merchandising systems to facilitate the effective “hands-on” presentation of wide varieties of products within 6 major categories of merchandise. Led the graphics team through the design, development and implementation of a new graphics system for this concept. Authored a Brand Standards Guide Book to ensure accurate application per design intent. Led the facility design team through the evaluation, value engineering and refinement of the concept. Led the cross functional team that developed the Planet Operating Manual. ● Accomplished the market research and developed the strategy for Cep cellular telephone stores for TeknoSA, Istanbul, Turkey. Working with design partner Ian Rattray and the in-house construction management team, designed, developed and built a number of mall and street concept stores.
