In my role at Aludium, I transformed thecorporate finance department, overseeing shareholder interests, people management, and culture development. I provided executive leadership across a team of 11 with 3 direct reports in the areas of corporate finance, treasury, AP and hedging. Selected Highlights Include: • Co-led PE exit (2022–2023) alongside CEO and CFO, managing financial & tax due diligence and securing 3.5X shareholder return • Navigated $45mm debt exposure during market downturn through risk mitigation strategies, culminating in a refinancing with improved terms, saving €2.5mm annually, and executed treasury initiative generating €33mm in additional liquidity • Built performance-driven, people-first culture that challenged norms while prioritizing work-life balance and career growth across international teams during periods of significant change • Drove €3.7mm in cost savings across audit, tax, legal, insurance, and T&E through continuous improvement initiatives and headcount reductions • Led 2024 legal corporate structure simplification, executing cross-border merger to eliminate all Dutch entities into single Spanish entity, saving €0.5mm annually • Integrated legacy IT accounting systems into IFS, creating reporting efficiencies • Manage liquidity forecasting and daily cash management to optimize cost of capital while maintaining adequate liquidity • Lead annual IFRS audits and preparation of statutory accounts under Spanish, Dutch, and French GAAPs • Oversee tax compliance and filings across all entities, including permanent establishments in UK, Austria, Italy, and Germany • Manage credit insurance program with zero material AR losses or write-offs over past 5 years
