Perform full life cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing, interviewing, feedback collection, reference checking, initiating pre-hire check, performing salary negotiations and offers.
Work with company principals to ensure that the recruiting process is efficient and effective.
Apply industry best practices and introduce innovation to develop a talent management strategy that addresses talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Develop and sustain positive relationships with internal and external customers and remain active and connected in industry.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and new hires, through the on-boarding process.
Oversight for recruiting metrics/dashboards -Develop recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights, drive decision making, measure effectiveness and value.
Vendor Management -Subcontracting firms, 3rd Party Agencies, and Business Partners.
Employee Referral, Relocation, College and Internship programs.
Perform executive recruiting including the sourcing, presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components for these positions. Review and refine, as necessary, procedures for identifying, recruiting, and selecting applicants for employment.
Work closely with other Oakleaf teams to develop compensation packages.
Ensure that these procedures are compliant with federal, state, and local laws and with all affirmative-action policies and EEOC mandates.
