I'm an experienced fitness instructor and yoga teacher. During the past 5 years I've be teaching in Denmark, Austria, Sweden, Thailand and India. Alongside my passion for helping people living happier, healthier lives, I'm finishing my Master degree in Rhetoric at the University of Copenhagen. Before that I've studied architecture at the Royal Danish Academy in Denmark. My studies has deepened my interest within the fields of arts and aesthetics and meditating these practices. In total this combination gives me a holistic approach to my assignments as well a deep analytical and practical skills within communication of arts and architecture and physical expression.
