• Leveraged market research, data analysis, customer surveys, and industry trends while collaborating with cross-functional global teams and senior stakeholders to develop strategic plans and roadmaps for transformational business initiatives, prioritizing changes based on timelines and business needs
• Administered monthly portfolio review meetings with key senior stakeholders, ensuring oversight and alignment with business objectives and compliance with any governance, regulations, or other requirements
• Facilitated Design Thinking workshops, including Persona development and Journey Mapping, to define vision and strategy, assess SaaS solutions, and refine requirements for customer-centric products
• Refined and prioritized requirements while also executing strategic tradeoff decisions as needed
• Led the transition from a business unit to a technology business unit, developing standardized processes, templates, and onboarding procedures for new applications
• Oversaw the Adobe Analytics project used by 100+ internal applications at EY, a cornerstone implementation underlying major integrations throughout the EY portfolio
• Lead Sprint Demos and Steering Committee Meetings for all projects/products, as well as strategic planning and roadmaps at the 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year level
• Developed and led a wide range of projects on B2B, B2C, and internal items, entering into arenas with limited knowledge and quickly working with SMEs to get up to speed and foster accurate, informed leadership
