This includes working closely with technical teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure scalable and sustainable growth. Earlier in my career, I helped build IT and sports companies from the ground up — progressing from sales and marketing roles into ownership positions. That entrepreneurial background has shaped how I work: I’m commercially driven, solution-oriented, and focused on creating long-term value rather than short-term wins. Today, I position myself as a commercially minded operator who understands how to connect strategy, execution, and relationships to drive measurable results.
