Apr. 2022 - Aug. 2025Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United StatesAt Deloitte, I am the Lead Specialist for GPS Pursuits, on the Opportunity Awareness Team, as well as the Deal Review Coordinator, on the Deal Huddle team. On both teams, I am tasked with the following: (1) Deal Huddle and Review- All Deal Review and Deal Huddle Hosting- including tracking down approvers and proxies (also confirming their attendance to deal huddles, for all sectors), logging final approvals in DART, attaching final deck/workbooks to deal huddle/review invites (also sending pre-read emails to the Federal Health Sector), and monitoring the deal huddle coordinator inbox during the afternoon hours (when USI is offline), taking on ad hoc requests, like scheduling emergency off-cycle deal huddles, if requested, from the information provided via Jupiter. I have been hosting the deal huddles for three of the four sectors since early 2023, when the task of deal huddles become the responsibility of the Opportunity Awareness team . Also, I am assisting in the transition of the SLHE sector in transition from deal review to deal huddle. (2) Weekly Sector Calls for Deal Huddle Check Ins- check-ins with each of the sectors to see if there is anything that I can do to assist them in making the deal huddle/review process run efficiently and smoothly. (3) Monitor all emails received in the GPS OA Inbox, including ad hoc requests for old RFP documents, usually located in our old tool. (4) GovWin/Deltek Account Requests Handling- Process all requests related to GovWin/Deltek access. (5) Distribution List Management and Bot Error Handling- OA- process all requests related to addition to or removal from the GPS OA distribution requests. (6) Independent Stakeholder Tracking in P2W- On a daily basis, I log into P2W and update opps that need to be tracked through our P2W system, as well as GovWin and SAM.GOV. (7) Monitoring of SAM and distribution of new and update opportunities through P2W, on a daily basis.
